My culinary journey began right here in Augusta before taking me to the highest levels of the industry. In 2012, I dived into my career full-throttle, graduating from three elite culinary schools—including Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Over the last 12 years as a Certified Executive Chef, celebrity chef, restaurateur, and culinary instructor, I have led luxury assisted living resorts and created major industry trends.
On September 12th, 2026, I am returning to my hometown for an exclusive, one-night-only tribute event. This gala is a dedicated celebration to share the passion, flavor, and inspiration behind my successful Northern Texas restaurant, Francaise Brise, with the people who believed in me from the very beginning, as well as my longtime fans and supporters.
